A Sunny Day at Fredriksberg : ウィキペディア英語版
A Sunny Day at Fredriksberg

A Sunny Day at Fredriksberg is an art project performed at a junction in Fredriksberg, Malmö, in September 2009 by students from Bergen School of Architecture. The project is related to an ongoing architectural investigation of Malmö, recorded through the blog "City as Biotope".
The traffic junction is one in a series of large traffic machines located along the Outer Ring Road (''Yttre Ringvägen'', European route E20) of Malmö. The site covers an area of approximately 300,000 square metres, a consumption of land that needs to be discussed. Through a series of evocative actions, the hidden qualitative layers of the site are examined. In this way, the mono-programmatic appearance of the site is questioned.
The methodological approach is derived from the work of the contemporary Danish artist group Publik and their notion of "the walk as a method and an artistic practice".
Google Maps acts as a database, recording and representing the actions that took place on 25 September 2009.
